ต่อจากคราวก่อน มาดูแนวทางการถามตอบกันบ้างดีกว่าเลย

Q: "So, tell me about yourself"

Q: "Why did you leave your last job?"

Part 1

shattering the Ice

การสัมภาษณ์มักจะเริ่มต้นด้วย "ice breaker" (ทำให้บรรยากาศมีชีวิตชีวา) เป็นคำถามโดยทั่วๆไปเพื่อทำให้คนที่ถูกสัมภาษณ์รู้สึกสบายใจไม่กังวลมากจนเกินไป

ตัวอย่างคำถามหลักอาจจะเป็น:

How are you?
Have you been here before?
How about the climate today?

จำไว้เสมอว่าว่าจะต้องสุภาพ แต่ไม่พูดมาก

Question: How are you? Good response: I'm fine express gratitude you, and you?
Question: Have you been here before? Good response: This is my first time. I'm glad to be here.
inquiry: How about the climate today? Good answer: It's pleasant out today.

Be Positive

เมื่อผู้สัมภาษณ์ถามคำถามคุณ คุณจะต้องใช้ภาษาที่มีความหมายในเชิงบวก เหตุผลทางจิตวิทยาเพราะคนเราไม่ชอบที่ได้ยินคำที่มีความหมายในเชิงลบ

Examples:

"I'm full of energy" (ดิฉันเป็นคนชอบทำงาน) ไม่ใช่ "I'm not lazy" (ดิฉันไม่ใช่คนเกียจคร้าน)

เมื่อพูดถึงประวัติการศึกษาของคุณ คุณจำเป็นจะต้องพูดประโยคที่เป็น past tense เท่านั้น

           หลังจากห่างหายไปทางวันนี้ขอสำเสนอบทสนทนาระหว่างสัมภาษางานกันหน่อนดีกว่า ส่วนมากจะเป็นคำที่คนไทยไม่ค่อยใช้กัน เผื่อเวลาไปใช้จะได้ดูมีความรู้มากกว่าคนอื่นเค้า

ซึ่งถ้าเราไม่แน่ใจนัก ก็ให้บอกว่า
